Research on Basic Tb Education Primary School in Busan and at Keo Je County, Kyung Nam Province

Abstract
|
|
|
Author investigated on the state of tuberculosis education of primary school in Pusan and at Keo Je County, Kyung Nam Province from April 1968 to May 1969.
The results are obtained as follows:
1. Over all rate of understanding in the mode of infection is 69.88%, but some difference is noted between Keo Je(72.27%) and Pusan(71.97%), and also between boys(74.05%) and girls(69.88%) and the result is best in the fifth grade of class(76. 90% ) compare with any other class.
2. Over all rate of understanding in the prevention and diagnosis is 64.2%, but also some difference is noted between Pusan(64.01%) and Keo Je(64.40%) and also between boys(62.60%), and girls (63. 25%) and the result is best in the fifth grade of class(71.71%).
3. Over all rate of understanding in the treatment is 61. 64%, but the difference between Pusan (62.73%) and Keo Je(60.55%) and between boys(68.84%) and girls(56.45%). The result is best in the sixth grade of class.
4. Over all rate of understanding in the mode of life and general knowledge for the tuberculosis is 72.59%, but the difference is noted between Pusan(69.79%) and Keo Je(75.40%) and also between boys (71.90%) and girls(73. 17%). The result is best in the sixth grade of class.
